2. Services

Certify Cargo provides freight brokerage services, connecting shippers with carriers for the transportation of goods. We act as an intermediary and do not own or operate trucks ourselves.

3. Shipper Responsibilities

Shippers are responsible for providing accurate information about their freight, including weight, dimensions, and any special handling requirements. Shippers must ensure freight is properly packaged and labeled.

4. Carrier Responsibilities

Carriers must maintain all required licenses, permits, and insurance. Carriers are responsible for the safe transport of freight and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Liability

Certify Cargo’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by carriers, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of booking. Failure to pay within the agreed terms may result in service suspension and collection actions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
